Awesome product. I use it for paintball vids and attach it to the removable ear piece of my Grill mask with the curved mount.
Pros: - comes with plenty of mounts and strong 3m mounting tape. The tape is very strong. You don't have to visually look at the camera to be sure that it is recording or not recording.
I upgraded to a 32 GB card. They do provide stickers to cover the mic hole to help with that. I hope it holds up for a long time. I did end up scratching the lens cover pretty bad on an old rusted bolt that was sticking out from an obstacle I was hiding behind.
Ordered a pack of lens covers on amazon for pretty cheap. They are easy to replace. The only other issue is the mic hole.
First off, if you're going to use this camera for paintball, cover the mic hole with something. You will get paint in there if you don't and it is hard to clean out.
I used some gauze wrap to cover it up to keep the paint out. The gauze also helped with wind noise. The camera did come with stickers to cover the mic hole to help with wind noise.
I found that the included stickers block out too much sound and are not very useful. One of the best purchases I ever made.
Not only can you take video but you can also take pictures and then download them to your computer and upload the ones you want to Facebook or whatever app you are using.
If you're good with programming you can change the frame rate so it will take pictures quicker then one a minute. Had mine set at 1 every 5 seconds but then changed it to one every two seconds.
Seem to be not getting the pictures I really wanted. When it's turned on for pictures it will continue to take a picture every however many seconds you have programmed until you stop it.
The video is excellent but tends to be extremely long to try to upload to Facebook or something like that so I find taking pictures is better then video.
Again this is a programming change you have to make the computer. If you read the directions its really not hard to adjust it to take pictures and also adjust how often you wanted to take a picture.
I have a 32 gig memory card in it and even though on some rides I may have and something pics it is well worth the time to sort through and select the ones you want to keep.
And does not even take up half the memory card. However, after each ride i download all the pictures to a folder and then delete them off the memory card.

Contacted Replay and asked me to do several troubleshooting but no success. Finally, I was issued an RMA and returned the product for check.
They replaced my replay mini, with a defective sound. Now everytime I record, the sound sucks. At first, it seemed to be fix by "reset" button, but eventually the sound finally stop recording right.
People sound like chipmucks. I wouldnt recommend this product to anyone. Customer support initially ok but at the end, I never heard of again.
Now, im stuck with this product that does capture "so, so" p video but the sound sucks. This is a great little camera at a great price.
I use it for work and have it mounted on my flight helmet; I bought the professional metal mounting ring direct from Replay and machined it as needed for a solid mount.
Resolution, clarity, and color are great, though I wish that it had a slightly wider field of view. I use this as a helmet camera when I ride my motorcycle.
Battery life is good for a small camera. My ride is about 20 minutes and I have to charge it after every second ride or it will die in the middle of the third.
I did have some recording issues but following Replay's troubleshooting, I formatted my memory card using the utility they recommended and haven't had a problem since.
I guess the normal formatting using Windows or Mac doesn't work well with this item. Overall, it's a great camera in a small, weatherproof package.

Hard to recommend wholeheartedly unless a small form factor and very light weight are your overriding priorities. It does it's job, but the battery life is extremely poor.
The quality of the picture is also a bit questionable. The best thing really is the size. I was able to strap it to my helmet quite easily, while at the same time not looking too much like an idiot.
So there is that. I wouldn't use it for your personal "extreme" red bull type videos because the quality and battery life isn't there.
But, if you want it to document a taxi pulling out in front of you while you crash through the rear window it should work just fine.
And, you don't look like a complete tool while doing it, as the camera is a bit more discrete than the other ones out there.
Report abuse. After doing much research this camera lives up to the hype. The only drawbacks are it seems to create random length recordings when on loop mode despite having a recommended SD card and the first one I ordered had a dodgy USB port, but this was replaced without fuss.
It seems a very robust camera in terms of overall build quality though and gives a good image. Best of all it's discreet so won't draw too much attention to you when mounted on a helmet.

So glad I did. The delivery was prompt and the manufacturers packaging is 5 star, totally protecting the contents. I've mounted my camera on the side of my motorbike crash helmet using the Heimlock and curved snaplock.
Angled about 1" above horizontal, as per the manual. First time out it caused some wind noise, to be expected, but remained fixed.
I took the precaution of clamping the adhesive mount to the helmet overnight. Controls and feedback thru the helmet were great, although i thought it had auto- cut at one point during a shortish period of little activity.
On return home I downloaded the files, noting that the 4GB card supplied was full, that was approx. So a 32 GB is pretty essential and viewed them in QuickTime.
Excellent results in saturation and sharpness, and coped well with changing light conditions. There appeared to be some hesitancy or freeze-frames at times during playback, but that might have been a computer issue, not recording problems.
Wind noise on playback is definitely an issue, so I have added one of the supplied blanking stickers to hopefully fix this.
The ultimate answer would be an external microphone I guess. Worth noting how differently other road-users behaved when they clocked the camera, particularly at traffic lights, and when filtering.
It looks beautiful - it's sleek. I don't often review products, and I certainly never wanted to give this product 1 star - I wanted to love it.

The battery gave up after two days, but even then it was indredibly difficult to operate the fact is that it only has two buttons to do all the different operations, so you have to be able to press them in different configurations to do different things - and you have to avoid pressing them in the wrong order, otherwise it breaks the camera.
On the upside, when it did work, the picture quality was beautiful. The instructions were rubbish, but the customer helpline people were very helpful.
